Ethan Crowder

My Name is John Ethan Crowder, but I Prefer to be called Ethan.

I have a bachelor's degree in communications with a focus in Video Production and Video Journalism.

I spent 3 years posted in Africa as a journalist for the Baptist Press (BP News) and as a video producer for the International Missions Board. (imb) Covering such things as President Obama's first visit to Africa, as well as the 2010 FIFA World Cup

I am currently about halfway through a Masters of art in intercultural studies at Southeastern seminary. In the future, I would like to return overseas, and continue the work I was doing, with BP News and the imb. I spent 2 years working with the media services department at Southeastern, filming and editing online classes for a program called Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC).

I am currently working as the store manager of Dakota Watch Store in Crabtree Mall.

I am also a freelance photographer/ videographer.
